Arthur Bremer
Arthur M. Bremer, an ABC Board Certified Prosthetist, Orthotist, and owner of Midlands Prosthetics and Orthotics, has over 25 years of experience in the fields of prosthetic and orthotic care. A graduate of Georgia College with a B.S. in History, he received his Orthotic certification in 1978 from New York University, and his Prosthetic certification in 1992 from Florida Atlantic University.
Mr. Bremer strives to provide quality care and professional service to his patients. Restoring individuals to functional independence and mobility is Mr. Bremer’s main goal for his patients. As Patient Care Manager, Mr. Bremer stays current on information to assist his patients with the issues they may face from their limb loss, and provides comprehensive follow up visits to ensure their success.

Sam Hale
Samuel M. Hale, a certified prosthetist and orthotics resident from the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Master of Prosthetics and Orthotics program, is an important member to the Midlands clinical staff. Before coming to prosthetics and orthotics, he graduated in 2003 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and worked as a design engineer for a large manufacturing company. Sam then returned to Georgia Tech where he graduated in May of 2006 from their Masters of Prosthetics and Orthotics program. With his engineering background, Sam rounds out the Midlands Prosthetics and Orthotics clincial team, providing the most appropriate care, while using the latest, cutting edge advances in prosthetics
and orthotics technology.
Sam is a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists.

Jim Walton
Jim Walton, a Certified Prosthetics and OrthoticsTechnician, manages Midlands fabrication lab located at 1108 Druid Park Ave.. All products produced by Midlands Prosthetics amd Orthotics at some point runs through his hands. Jim strives for excellence in the finished, manufactured products we create for our patients, and is a real asset to our prosthetic and orthotic team.
